desishopi - Package not delivered and refused to refund

I have ordered some functional clothes from desishopi.com site, the site has no updates about package delivery so i have contacted them through a call, then they are saying that your order has been cancelled by our end and the didn't informed that. Then when I asked about refund they have done some procedure and sent me a link for receiving payment, so I got doubt and refused to open that link, so he disconnected my call and when I have called again he was saying that we can't refund your money. This is a fraud site they just take money and don't deliver products and don't refund your money at all.
