I have ordered and paid for ** ulefone X from wowkart.com on ** Jul **. From that day onwards status of my order was showing processing. It is already ** days and I haven't received my order. These guys are such a fraud that they have given a non operational customer care no. On their site. I also tried reaching out to them for the refund of my money after ** days as per their policy through e-mail but it all went in vain. Everytime i send a mail,i get a computer generated reply stating "thank u for contacting, we'll get in touch soon." neither I have received product nor money and no one to speak to for my complaint. Troth infotech kolkata is also their partner in crime.
