Nilkamal Furnitures - Package not delivered and refund not processed

I ordered Nilkamal Freedom with * Drawer(Pepsi Blue/Bright Red/Yellow) furniture (order# *****) on *th May **** but that was not delivered due to some local restrictions. Since it was not delivered, I was expecting a refund for that, irrespective of the product being returned back to vendor or not. This has to do with agreement between Nilkamal and their delivery partner and not end customer.
But as per vendor, the refund would be processed only when the product is returned successfully to them. As per me, this condition would be valid, only if the product was delivered to me and I had returned it for any reason, but that’s not the case here as the product was never delivered. Anyway, I waited for few more days, and now, it has been over a month, and I haven’t received any refund over the same.
The Nilkamal customer care is really bad, as they don’t reply to email over *-* days unless the customer follows up and at the end give false commitment of resolution by EOD. As per the last conversation on *th June ****, a call back was expected from escalation team by EOD, but none was received.
