Mivi Duopods - Package not delivered and refund not initiated for the previous order

I am so disappointed. On *th of december I had ordered mivi duopods m** but due to its old technology I cancelled the order and they said that my refund will be initiated soon. The refund still hasn't shown in my bank account even after so many days. I ordered duopods f** on **th but they still haven't delivered it. They don't reply at all. After tons of mails they finally sent a mail saying my order has been confirmed but still there's no update or anything. It's been days now and neither have I received the refund nor the ordered product. My money is stuck with them.
