I have ordered furniture in nicemaple.com ecommerce site on **/**/**** under order id NM**** through Credit Card EMI, they haven't delivered the product on the promised timeline. After repeated follow-ups order NM**** has been cancelled from their end on **/**/****, its been more than a year and the refund has not been done from nicemaple.com until now even after repeated follow-ups. I am still paying the EMI for more than a year with interest to the bank without even receiving the product.
