Hi..
I have been ordered a dress from cassidinae through their website on **th November ****, and i also placed the order for express dispatch so they said it will get dispatched in ** working days, once i finished placing order and paid the money the customer support is not helping me in any updates of the order after multiple msgs and calls they replied me the dress got dispatched on December *th ****, But after that it's been * days for today i didn't receive the dress and they are not responding for my msgs.. Kindly help me to get my ordered dress or the refund from them
