Grandezafashion - Package not delivered and owner not responding to any of my queries

I ordered an Iwatch from Grandezafashion on **rd October ****. The guy was quick in response when he asked me about whether paying now or not . I paid an amount of ****/- via gpay to his number - ********** and I sent the screenshot of the money transferred to him as per his request. The strange thing is that he didnt even asked me the address to which the item should be sent . So, I initiated myself and sent the address. He later after two three days of me asking an update on the shipment, he said it has been shipped to the concerned address. After that for days, I messaged him to give the tracking details and the courier name and all. But, he is not even responding at all. I am worried. Please refund the money.
