Wow Skin Science Buywow In - Package not Delivered and not showing in my order section

I placed an order on *th April under the any * product in **** section after that I made a payment of Rs **** from my Credit Card and It shows order successfully placed and I got a sms (Rs.*,***.** spent on your SBI Credit Card ending **** at RazBodycupid on **/**/**. Trxn. not done by you? Report at https://sbicard.com/Dispute). After that they sent my order from xpressbees courier but the courier boy didn't gave my order because the number that was printed on the order was of * digits only and i didn't got the otp so that I can complete the order. The courier boy said to lodge a complaint on wow skin science app but nobody is picking the call and replying my msg on WhatsApp Helpline too. I wanna cancel the order and get my refund. Please help me.
