Eternal Agro - Package Not delivered and not even providing refund

On *th September **** I ordered **** duck chicks for Rs ***** and prepaid the whole amount by *th September, which was to be delivered on *th September.
But I didn't get any delivery on the *th, so when I made an inquiry they changed the the date to **th, but still no delivery.
So i asked for refund and after refunding only ***** , they are not giving the rest of my money and not even picking up my calls.
