My name is Badsha Das. I’ve ordered a iphone ** silicone case on **.**.**** via instagram. My order number is #CC*****IN. Then I am getting a message that my order has been confirmed and shipped via shiprocket courier. But the order has not been delivered or any update till today. I went to the courier website but it shows that my parcel has not been dispatched yet, so now it seems to be a fraud, I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible. I, therefore, request the council to take necessary action on this fraud website and Ban the Brand.
