Ordered air cooler on **th June **** at **:**pm it was about to be delivered by **:** pm. But after ordered picked up from store the delivery partner was not reachable. Tried connecting to customer care they are telling we will try ang it's been * hours stillno cancellation or delivery.all the time they are telling they are investing and finding solution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
