I had purchased a set of shoes from Littlebox India via their app (**th January, ****)
The order was pre-paid, yet there has been not a SINGLE update regarding the package so far. No current location, no nothing. The UI of their app is designed on such a way that customer service is basically non-existent. They have no email ID or a proper contact number. Basically no way to connect with them at all. I tried contacting them on insta but they do not allow DMs from everyone AND when I tried commenting on one of their posts about my order, they simply deleted it without trying to reach me. I feel cheated out of my money and I feel stuck not knowing what to do or how to get my order or my money back. Please help me.
