Car bazar - Package not delivered and no response

Hello Team,
I am not feeling good with your service. Hence when I have booked I got confirmation. So i thought he have confirmed and after last moment when I called to driver, ge said he have cancelled the booking. But i did not confirmation from the team this is what happened. I was waiting for the cab. There is an emergency and was in vellore CMC Hospital patient is also there. How do i know that whether the car got cancelled or not. CARBAZAR team did not reported me. Tomorrow patient has to take injection.

I am travelling from vellore to kadapa town.
Contact number is not working.i should I do now. Whom to contact.
