Alpino Health Foods - Package not delivered and no response of calls and emails

I placed and order of *** on Alpino Health Foods. the website was showing expected delivery in **-** days. It was a prepaid order. But the order was cancelled by the seller(Alpino Health Foods) before the delivery. I did not receive any calls, messages or emails about delivery or anything. When I talked to the shipping partner they said that the order was cancelled by the seller company and was asked to return to origin. There is no response on Alpino's customer care number and emails. I have trying to contact them since many days but no one's picking up the call and there is no response of the emails. The tracking website is showing that return to origin has been notified, and the order will now be returned to the seller. I have all details and proofs of order and payment.
