onlineuniverse lion step - Package not delivered and no response from seller

Dear Sir,
I want to bring it to your kind attention that a page named on instagram: originaluniverse is doing online fraud with many including me. He asks for money as he says I only deliver prepaid orders, so people pay him in advance and after that he starts ignoring all the messages and inquiries. The fraud happened to me on **th July **** when unfortunately I fell into his trap as I ordered a pair of shoes from him, which I am pretty sure will not be delivered to me.
In this connection, I request your kind honor to please do something about the same. I am not concerned about my money that I lost, but there are hundreds and thousands of people with whom he's doing such fraud everyday. I don't want my money back, but I want that guy behind the bars for doing such fraud to lots of people in the name of shoe selling.
