Bootees.in - Package not delivered and no response and availability from bootees.in

I made an order from bootees.in on **-**-****. When payment was done I got a confirmation mail from bootees (I'll attach it). But after that mail, I'll never ever get a single mail or response from the vendor and I request for the status of my order through many emails. I didn't get any response, and even mobile numbers are also not working. Its been nearly a month when I was made the order. I need a response or refund.
Note: I raise a complaint from another site then I got a call named as resolution team from bootees.in they were asking debit card details without asking whether I need an update of the order or I want a refund. He was rudely saying that "if you give your debit card details, we'll refund or we don't do anything". Firstly the person who talks to me was very rude. Please make it as important because I saw so many complaints regarding this. I'm ready to file a case in court as well. Unless of money I want people to be aware of it. I wish to close this kinda fraud companies.
