Ladywithcraft - Package not delivered and no refund

I ordered a product from the Ladywithcraft website on **th March ****. However, due to extreme delay in shipment, I could not be there to receive the parcel. The seller said she would ship it out again but later started giving excuses that the package got lost in transit while being returned to her. Customer service was very poor, she did not reply to messages on time or even at all and did not provide adequate information. After finally convincing her to give a refund, she kept delaying the refund, saying she couldn't initiate the process until the package was returned to her. It's been a year. The order was in the same country.
