Nursery Live - Package not delivered and no refund

I had ordered plants from Nurserylive.com on **th May ****. They never provided any update on email about delivery status or tracking of package shipping. They had charged full payment upfront which included INR *** of plants and INR ** shipping cost.

They had given estimated delivery in *-* days. I waited for **+ days before I reached out to them for a status in May end. Since June, July ****, I repeatedly sent them emails to know the status of my order but didn't receive a single email from their end

At this point, I was fed up of their service and then asked for refund. Reached out their team on Twitter and Instagram. They replied saying please provide order details & we will get back in **hours. Again, no response was received. Then, they suddenly updated the order status as "delivered" on Aug *th when nobody even came to my house.

This is a case of sheer fraud and running away from accountability. Worst customer service ever.

I think I have seen numerous such cases on Twitter where people have neither received orders or refund amount. Please look into this to resolve and curb this fraudulent activity by this business.
