Streetstyle store - Package not delivered and no proper response regarding the exchange

So i ordered a product from sss and received it defective however in exchange they dint have the same piece available and i ordered a replacement of other product. The order date was **th of March and it's ** April today still the order is not even shipped . Another order was also placed later for a different product and i received the worst quality product ever so I've returned and asked for a credit voucher cz i don't want the same product anymore. I tried reaching out to them in various ways possible. Email support ticket calls Instagram dm and finally one of the executive over Instagram dm promised a call back today and the same was not done . I'm fed up and they have been scamming constantly in the name of business. Worst service ever . I've been shopping alot here and this experience makes me never shop from them . Once my problem is sorted I'm never again thinking of purchasing anything from them .
