I ordered a Peach colour Chikkankari gown from the website on October ** . I have payed Rs.**** through Paytm. I didn't receive any delivery updates except the confirmation mail. I've been trying to reach them through mail and phone. Their contact number is not reachable. I've sent two mail asking updates and there's no response. I need a refund please.
