FGL Kart Haryana - Package not delivered and Money not refunded

i have ordered a AIX belt from www.fglkart.com and i have recieved an order confirmation on my mail from (info@fglkart.com).

after a couple of days i dropped mail to seller(support@fglkart.com) that im unable to track the product i have ordered, then i recieved a call from ********** - Raj Dalal, he said we'l refund your amount and they cant send the product ordered due to some quality issues, i said ok fine refund the amount and shared by bank details with the seller on whatsapp
Now its been More than * weeks and hes ignoring my mails, phone calls and doesn't even respond on whatsapp.
currently they have redesigned the site fglkart into www.jstbuy.com
They are making people fools buy changing the website names once they get orders by online payments.
please help me in getting my amount refunded
