golden goose gg - package not delivered and money did not retuned

i ordered * set of jewelery in instagram page sp called golden_goose_gg but i only got * set when i asked her she said u will get it but i didnt get it for a month when i asked her to return the money she blocked me and said u got one know then what. such a fraud girl dont know how many pppl she have cheated it so far there is no other option to compaint about her in instagram
