Hi team,
i had book Honeymooner to Bali Paradise With Lembongan Island with land package of Rs ***** and then ** days before my trip start i cancelled the trip because of my flights got cancelled due to covid ** and i got complete flight refund but the travel company "Shoes On Loose Private Limited" is not ready to refund my money back and they are not answering to my calls and the even not replying to emails. i have been following up with them from past * month but no proper reply..
