I ordered an Aurvedic Medecine on *th July **** and made online payment of Rs.*** through Paytm.
*. The vendor confirmed my order vide his order reference ****** and also confirmed delivery.
*. The status of my order was ready for dispatch and to be picked by transporter till **th July ****.
*. When I congacted the vendor on **th July I was suggested to opt for any of his other products since specified product was not available with him.
*. I did not accept alternative product and asked him to refund the advance payment of Rs.*** for whch he agreed.
*. After repeated reminders, on *th August ****, the vendor send a refund iniciation request to paytm to refund the money to me.
*. Since I did not get the refund I contacted paytm . As per paytm the refund rfequest of the vendorf is in status failure. Hence the vendor has to reinitiate the process again.
*. Now the Vendor does not own his responsibility and paytm is also not owning accountability.
In view of this I need your help in resolving the matter.
