Goa Adventures - Package not delivered and 50 money paid as advance not refunded

We are writing to you regarding the group Goa Adventures ( official website : https://goaadventures.in/). We had made a booking for Full combo water sports package with the group scheduled for **-Sep-****. We had been informed that this would be conducted from *:** AM to *:** PM on the **th. We confirmed the booking for our group of * people at the rate of **** Rs per head and made an initial payment of **** Rs to confirm the booking on **th September ****( screenshot attached for quick reference).

On the **th of September, we were not contacted by the team and when we reached out at *:** Am when the said activity was supposed to commence we were informed that this has been postponed to afternoon due to issues with permission in conducting the water sports activities. This raised our concern if this was being conducted legally and also the timing was no longer feasible for our plan as we're slated to leave Goa on the same evening by * PM and they as per the changed plan the activity was supposed to end only after *PM.

Give this situation we asked for our booking to be cancelled and advance be refunded. However the team was not ready to do so and kept criticizing our concerns. Then we were asked to drop an email to their official email ID (info@goaadvertures.in) which we did on the very same day of **-Sep-****.

Since this we have not been receiving any response from the team neither via emails nor via calls. Despite our profuse efforts in calling the team on the two different contact number we have, we are not receiving any response.

As a responsible law abiding citizen of the country, I request you to take this matter up seriously because clearly there is a high probability that other people are also being duped in a similar way. The greater question also remains if this is being conducted with proper legal permission/license as such because we had also heard that many water activities were closed due to the monsoon and high tide.

Request you to treat this on priority and help resolve our concern and we shall forever be indebted
