Logix Holidays - package not delivered additional amount demanded forced to cancel the package

i opted for Gokarna package for Rs**,***/- in WhatsApp and on **th Dec same day, they said pay us within one hour **% of the package and package is booked so i enquired all FAQs and paid immediately.
Next day morning ( **th Dec) after i followed up they have sent me payment and booking confirmation. Invoice amount was rs*** more than what they have communicated me in Whatsapp (Instead of Rs**,***/-, the invoice was for Rs**,***/-) so i called them they said they will rectify and send, on **th full day no response
on **th i kept calling and messaging they dont respond, in the evening after * or *PM they call me and say this is peak season, and they are loosing money on this deal so either pay us additional Rs**** or cancel the package. To this effect they have sent an email as well.
I was supposed to travel on **th evening, so they force forced me either to pay extra amount or cancel the booking. Since additional Rs****/- was out of my budget i opted to Cancel it so i have responded to them with same discomfort and asked to cancel, but no Cancel mail is issued till now and no refund done. So with one day in place should i consider this cancelled or still existing.
I already had Rooms booked in Hotel Panduranga international in Kumta, near to Gokarna, since this package was confirmed i had to cancel those booking before all this incidents. Now trying to go back to my original plan before booking now all accommodations and travel costs have gone high which wouldn't be the case if they haven't made me false promises or i have not opted for this package.
More than anything after * months of home stay, the disappointment in family as i was forced to cancel the trip considering this was out of my budget is unexplainable. We took important decision to travel in COVID times and this happens you loose all faith and kind of bad omen.
