Mynthra - Package not delivered

"Ecom Express executive *********** PIN ***** will deliver your Myntra "Pre-paid" shipment ********** today." this message I received today. Delivery agent called to me and asked to come to delivery office to collect the package, if I am not collected he make it return by showing error remark. Make it delivery by that agent who are earned money by delivering package.
