Pretty little thing - Package not delivered

After completing two orders from pretty little thing I recieved a pair of jeans. I'm still waiting on the rest of my order worth £**. Although I received an email to say my order had been dispatched, I've tried to track my order but it just says no tracking found. I am absolutely disgusted. They shouldn't be allowed to scam people like this. I've read hundreds of messages of complaints about this company and if I don't receive my items i want a full refund.
