I wedding costume from Delhi was sent through DTDC courier on *th September ****, on *th September it was updated in their website that the address is ok but no such person, when contacted they told that the area is not serviceable, I had to lodge a complaint in customer care then on **th September they told That the package is delivered.
When contacted they told that they misplaced it and not able to trace
As on today even the manager is not responding to my calls
