I placed an order in Sept and I have not received any information about my order status ever since. I've tried emailing on the given email ID from their contact us section but haven't heard from them at all. Their website looks appealing and you want to shop.. Little do you know that it's a Scam.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
