I had made an online order at www.shopeyard.com for a book on **/**/**** and they said the product will be shipped on */*/** and it will be delivered by **th September. Till now they had not even shipped the item. I tried to contact them by phone and email, they are not responding to any of them. I have exam on October *th so I ordered the books. They are not even responding and wasting my precious time. Please take necessary action on this website for cheating students in the name of books. I want my books or ask them to refund my money
