I ordered and prepaid for my product and was told that I'll receive the tracking order by *st September **** and will recieve my product by *th but haven't recieved any texts, messages, since. The number I was given in order to cobtact the concerned people has been switched off since the and no reply for the mails i dropped in the provided mail ID as well.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
