On Aug **th I came across an advertisement for a big bean bag which was on sale for on lowest price on site called Deal Saga. So I checked the website for more information, reviews and ordered it for gift for someone else and made a payment online. I recieved a confirmation message too. But then I couldn't find that website and there was no updates on delivery of the product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
