I order * pair of shoes * months ago from this online site in instagram and I payed them through paytm of cash rs **** than it’s been * months and they were giving me many reason for their late delivery for past * month and one day the owner of the site called me up and said they wil deliver soon than after that neither I got My order nor they pick My calls or reply to my message.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
