I sent Rakhi to my relatives which situated in gopulpur odisha via speed post but now at present of time he didn't get the rakhi.I sent rakhi on ** August ****. please take the important step for my grivence

My shipment has been not delivered from last ** days and India post is sending to the wrong post office location and doesn't even care to answer my queries. I am feeling completely hopeless. Pls help
