Paid for an order worth **** INR in October ****. I kept calling the number available on the website throughout the month of December and then finally a person answered and told me that the order will take couple of months to be delivered and that I should expect the order by February ****. Later, the covid happened and I get an email stating that if the order is not shipped from the China facility by February end then the amount will be refunded, but yet, still not have received the package or the refund
