Omkar Gutte filed complaint against Shopclues Online Shopping on May 28, 2020
I ordered "protoner weight lifting home gym" on *th May. They said item will be delivered on **th May but they didn't, I understand delivery may be delay because of this cronavirus situation but atlest they should respond to me. I m not able to track my product, I can't talk to customer executive, I raised multiple tickets for my queries but no one replies nor I received any call from the shopclues team. It's been ** days now. I don't know what is the status of my order and whome should I contact.
