I had booked an envelope which was containing a letter to Air Force group insurance society, New Delhi on **-**-****. The matter was quite urgent and time barred that's why I preferred courier over speed post. But as on date, my courier has not been delivered at destination. I spoke to company official Mr Anand on mob no ********** but he is so rude as if he is doing some favour on me. My consignment no is *******.
