Xiomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd. - Package not delivered

I am writing to you with reference to order ID. : ****************, placed on **th Sept'** from MI India. Till **th Oct, the product was not shipped and after registering a compaint the same was dispatched through delhivery courier partner. Again, on **th Oct I have to take follow up on the delivery status and a complaint was logged for the same and I was assured that the courier will reach with * to * days. On **rd Oct, I received a call from customer support that my order has been cancelled and they would be refunding the amount and too without my consent. Also, customer support was not having adequate information about this. Please help here as since last one month the product is not delivered. Now even after continuous follow up refund is also not initiated. I am just wondering how will be sales after service. Please help in getting the refund.
