I have ordered crackers for Diwali from Shopcrackersonline.com. I haven’t received any package till now. When i checked package status on Friday, it showed - on hold. And within * hours the site went down. The contact number provided is switched-off and no response on chat query placed. Google shows that site is permanently closed. I hope our Diwali don’t get spoiled because of this. And I don’t know where to contact for refund.
