milk basket - Package not delivered

I ordered from milk basket yesterday and my parcel was supposed to deliver today. I checked in morning * am my parcel was not there. Then I checked my phone I got a message from milk basket that my parcel has been delivered. I checked outside here and there. I called up my neighbor who lives upstairs. She was not aware of it. I raised a complaint when I was sure my package is either lost of not delivered. After a few hours, I checked my complaint was closed without any information. In the evening I checked my balance, The amount was not refunded. Then I started chatting with customer care and told her about what happened. but as per them, the parcel was delivered. Now my question is what is the point to order from milk basket when I am not getting my parcel in my hand? This is happening for the *nd time. I am a working professional. Just to avoid hassel we order online. Who has free time to do all these?
