Pushp Narang filed complaint against KFC crossing republic on Sep 10, 2019
Today , on **th sep , **** near about at **:** i ordered some food from KFC, Crossing republic .my valet from zomato called me and said that I need to cancel my order because there is some technical fault in zomato app at the restaurant and hence you will get your money refund. I talked to him for a while but the conclussion was to cancel the order. Even I called KFC and gave my order Number , they said that there is no order with this number so i need to cancel it. After I cancelled my order, refund didnt came, so I went restless and i called the valet he said that money will get refunded back , and he said he has nothing to do with it now. After a while i called KFC to talk about this, now this time they said that my order has been dispatched half n hour ago only and hence the refund will not be made. Now what should I do? Now my valet has turned his phone off , and he still says that he hasn’t got any order. So he took my food and just turned himself off and here i am with loss of ****/-
