Watchbuylove - Package not delivered

I ordered a product from a site named 'watchbuylove' a cloth shopping advertisement seen from facebook.However its being two days since now there has been no updates about the products I have purchased.And I have mailed to them regarding this and they are not responsive at all.
Hence this lead me to here. Such kind of sites shouldn't be shown in facebook where a common people like me would definitely buy the products.
