Present status – The consumer has placed an order to the above company for a t-shirt on date **-**-****. But till date his product not delivered to him. A consumer called to the company CC but they just gave to him fake commitment, so he wants to lodge his grievance.
Expected - Consumer wants to refund the amount or delivered the product.
