k sahni - package not delivered

Sir, i ordered * items from zomato and restaurant K SAHNI TRIPURI, PATIALA.My order no **********. i made full payment via freecharge. but i didnt get one item from this is of * pieces of gulab jamun. i also informed about this to zomato delievery boy and k sahmi. but they both blame each other. and after that i give the address to k sahni for making delievery my item. but after that niether they attend the call nor they send my item. And they also didnt refund my amount.
