Fliptwirls - Package not delivered

I ordered a Casio F-**W watch from them on *st June and it's been ** days it's still showing under processing and the website showed to me that the orders are taking longer because there is some inconvenience going on only right after I made the payment of Rs*** it never showed it earlier if I knew that I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.
I have been deliberately waiting for it while contacting them on email all they do is just say there is some problem they'll send after resolving it, still there is no update I ordered it to gift someone.
And the number which they have put on their website is not working every time I try to call them it says You are not allowed to call this number.
