Shadowfax Company - package not delivered

The parcel was sent to me as a gift by a relative,. However, the service deficiency lies with Shadowfax for failing to deliver the shipment to the intended recipient .

Grievance Description :I am filing this complaint against Shadowfax Technologies for extreme negligence and complete failure to deliver my parcel. The package reached my local hub on **th June ****.For the past five consecutive days (**th June, **th June, **th June, **th June, and **th June), the courier service has followed a highly frustrating and repetitive pattern :
Every morning, I receive an automated SMS stating that my parcel is "Out for Delivery," along with a delivery OTP and the delivery agent's phone number.

Every evening, without any delivery attempt being made, the status is updated to "Could not attempt delivery due to uncontrollable circumstances."

Attempts to Resolve:
Delivery Agents: I tried calling the numbers provided in the morning SMS. Some agents completely ignored my calls. The ones who did answer stated they had no idea why this was happening or where the parcel was.

Customer Support Failure: I have repeatedly tried to contact Shadowfax via their automated IVR phone system, sent multiple emails, and tried messaging their support team. I have received absolutely negligible response or callback.
