Skmei - Package Not Delivered

Subject: False delivery update, rude behavior by delivery partner, and no resolution from SKMEI
I placed an order for a SKMEI watch with the expectation of next-day delivery. However, the delivery process has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Yesterday, the delivery partner was rude and dismissive when I tried to get the order delivered. He said he would give the parcel to a nearby shopkeeper instead of delivering it to my home. Today, the order was marked as “recipient unavailable,” which is completely false. No one called me, and no one came to my home. We were available at home throughout the day.
I was also assured that the issue would be resolved within ** hours, but there has been no proper conclusion so far. I need a clear timeline and a definite answer on whether I will receive the product or get a refund, and by when.
This watch was supposed to be a gift for my cousin next week, but because of repeated issues from the delivery partner and the lack of serious support from the seller, the situation has become frustrating and stressful. I feel this matter is not being taken seriously.
