Safeline express packers and movers Bangalore - Package not delivered

I had contacted Safeline packers and movers to shift from Bangalore to kerala. I had packed the boxes myself and they only had to bubble wrap it. In spite of all that, they took an amount of **** plus tip. I had to pay the full amount and they told me that the package will be delivered in two days. However, it has been more than ** days now. My package is still not delivered. They were not responding properly until I told them that I will file a complaint. They then shared a tracking link from Delhivery. The app was really bad and they even mentioned that delivery was unsuccessful because recipient was not available. They did not even visit my place. I am tired of asking them again and again.
