Metal x print - Package not delivered

I would like to lodge a complaint against Metal X Prints for non-delivery of a product despite full upfront payment.

I placed an order for a poster and paid ₹*,*** in full at the time of purchase. However, the company has failed to deliver the product within the promised timeframe, and there has been no proper communication or update regarding the status of my order.

Despite making multiple attempts to contact their support team through available channels, I have not received any satisfactory response. My concerns have been consistently ignored.

This behavior amounts to:
